What is the 80/20

The 80/20 meal plan is a realistic and effective way of eating that prioritises whole, nutrient-dense foods 80% of the time, while allowing for flexibility and enjoyment with the remaining 20%.

•   80%: Whole, unprocessed foods like lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, wholegrains,            and healthy fats.

•  20%: Your favourite indulgences in moderation such as chocolate, pizza, or a glass of       wine.

This method ensures that you stay on track with your goals while still enjoying life's pleasures without guilt. It also helps build long-term healthy habits without feeling deprived.

Flexible 80/20 Approach

The best part of the 80/20 approach is that it can be custornised to fit your lifestyle.

•  You can stay consistent Monday to Friday with whole, nutrient­ dense meals and then        enjoy a more relaxed approach on the weekends.

•  You may choose to have one day off in the middle of the week, such as a family                dinner on Wednesday and then a relaxed meal on Saturday.

•   The breakdown is entirely up to you! Whether it's a weekend treat or a midweek               indulgence, the goal is to create balance without guilt.

What Happens Once You Choose to Join?

Once you're ready to get started, I'll collect key details like your age, height, weight, and activity level to create a plan tailored specifically for YOU.

Your daily calorie and macronutrient needs will be calculated to align with your goals, ensuring e balance of protein, carbs, and fiber.

Fiber is another key factor! It's essential for gut health ana overall wellbeing. Your plan will prioritise fiber rich foods while allowing flexibility for alternatives because your preferences.

How your Weekly Plan will look like:

•             1 Breakfast

•             1 Lunch

•             2 Dinner Options

•             1 Dessert Option (if desired)

•             Your favorite snacks

•             Coffee, if YOU wish

I will create your meals based on your daily calorie intake while ensuring all macronutrient goals are met.

•  80% of your meals will focus on nutrient­ rich foods that nourish your body.

•   20% of your meals allow for: flexibility, so you can enjoy the foods you love without        guilt.

Each week, you'll receive your plan by Friday, giving you time to shop and meal prep for a successful start on Monday.

Accountability

Every Friday, you'll check in with me by submitting your weight, measurements, and feedback about how you're feeling on the 101;1. This ensures your meal plans remains effective and adaptable to your progress.

Final Notes

Once your plan begins pauses are allowed, so please ensure you’re ready to commit. Your- weekly meal plan will still be sent ever, if you choose to start later.

Upon completing your program, you'll receive a comprehensive PDF version of your meal plans and a Basic Nutritional Handbook to help you continue your journey.
